Prices

Our prices vary according to type and length of project and all rates will be agreed before commencement of work.

Assistance is available seven days a week, by arrangement. This means that if you need help during the evenings or weekends, or you need a fast turnaround, it can certainly be achieved. What's more, we provide this service at the same rate whether you need it on a Monday morning or a Saturday evening

Payment of Services

  • Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project, unless billing arrangements have been made in advance. Payment is then appreciated within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
  • In some cases, a deposit will be required.
  • Client changes/revisions after the agreed time will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
  • We do not offer credit facilities.
  • Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum per project. Rates are tailored to our client's budget and are based on the complexity of the project. We do offer special introductory rates to our new customers and also have a referral program for our existing clients for new clients referred to Berwind Business Solutions.
  • Any additional costs, materials, postage, courier charges, mileage costs for document collection/delivery or any other items purchased on your behalf to complete your assigned project, are not included in the fees. These items are billed separately and are usually paid up front unless otherwise agreed upon. Receipts will be given.
  • You can arrange to settle your invoice on a 'pay as you go' basis or buy blocks of time in advance which will work out cheaper.
  • We will cover the VAT on any of our services.

  • Our fee schedule is completely transparent, with you only paying for the time we work for you with no agency fees or employee costs.
  • We offer reduced rates for registered charities.
