Every bride should have the chance to make her dreams come true. Regardless of size of budget, we can help bring a little magic into your special day. Our weddings services are flexible and affordable – from the Mini-wedding package to the Deluxe all-inclusive package.
We will customize a wedding that suits you. We will plan and coordinate the entire event from your engagement through to the reception and honeymoon. Even your wedding party and out-of-town guests will feel pampered.
Here are some of the activities we can help you with:
- Initial consultation with bride & groom to determine dreams and expectations.
- Unlimited number of telephone or email planning sessions. You are free to talk to us – any time!
- Set time line and check list
- Wedding budget management
- We’ll offer a complete wedding design or just guidance and suggestions
- Source the wedding and reception venue of your choice – whatever your heart desires!
- Oversee venue decor to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with the couple’s wishes
- Vendor screening, referrals & bookings (florists, photographers, videographer, caterers, beauticians, hair stylists, entertainment, transportation, children’s entertainment for younger guests) Prepare all necessary contracts
- Assist with cake selection. Arrange tasting & delivery
- Discuss & confirm wedding menu in accordance with the budget, and all necessary catering / bar etc., including any dietary requests
- Organize and set-up any pre-wedding photos, parties, announcements
- Coordinate wedding attire selection, fittings, collection etc
- Assist with selection of invitations, place cards, napkins, favours and thank you notes
- Mailing invitations and maintain updated list of all guests attending
- Create reception and ceremony lay-outs
- Collect and distribute wedding flowers, boutonnières, table decorations
- Arrange a day at a Spa for bride, bridesmaids and mother of bride/groom
- Arrange champagne toasting goblets, cake-cutting items, guest book
- Assist with set-up for photographs
- Engagement / marriage newspaper announcements
- Arrange accommodation for out-of-town guests, including transportation
- Assist with compilation of party favours and wedding party gifts
- Coordinate wedding rehearsal, bridal showers, hen & stag parties
- Arrange transportation from ceremony to reception
- Coordinate all reception activities, entertainment
- Return tuxedos and other rented items
- Deliver wedding gown and other wedding attire to dry cleaners
- Arrange for wedding dress and bridal bouquet to be boxed and preserved
